教育人力资本与区域经济发展关系的实证研究

摘　　要：教育人力资本是国家人力资本开发和积累的核心人力资本,对培育新的经济增长点,促进国家科技进步和软实力提升具有重要作用。采用eviews进行实证分析,通过建立VAR模型,计量教育人力资本对安徽省经济增长的贡献率,结果表明教育人力资本与区域经济增长具有较强的互动效应。Educational human capital is the core human capital in the development and accumulation of national human capital,which plays an important role in cultivating new economic growth points and in promoting the national scientific and technological progress and soft power. In this paper,the method of eviews is used for empirical analysis and the VAR model is constructed. The contribution rate of educational human capital to the economic growth in Anhui is found to be 45. 61%. The results show that there has been the mutually promoting effect between educational human capital and regional economic growth.
