摘　　要：目的观察团体治疗在社区老年高血压人群管理中的作用。方法采用团体治疗的方法,对52例社区老年高血压患者进行疾病相关知识、防治措施、生活方式、行为习惯及运动方法等宣教与干预2年,并观察干预前后患者高血压控制率、血压值和代谢指标的变化以及遵医行为的改变情况。结果团体治疗干预2年后,患者高血压控制率提高,血压值降低,体质量指数、空腹血糖、甘油三脂均有明显降低,遵医情况也明显改善,与干预前比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论团体治疗有助于社区老年高血压患者血压控制,改善症状。Objective To observe the effect of group therapy on elderly hypertensive patients in the community.Methods Use group therapy approach on 52 cases of elderly hypertensive patients in the community,which is a two-year education and intervention on disease-related knowledge,prevention,lifestyle,habits and exercise.Compare blood pressure values,metabolic index,hypertension control rate and compliance behavior of the patients before and after the intervention.Results Hypertension control rate is obviously higher,blood pressure values,metabolic index,blood sugar and triglyceride are lower after the two-year-intervention.The difference is significant.Conclusion Group therapy is a comprehensive set of intervention for elderly hypertensive patients to control their blood pressure and relive their symptoms.
