摘 要:采用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)方法对青岛冬季一次霾天与非霾天大气细菌微生物群落结构特征进行研究。结果表明,霾天与非霾天样品的DGGE指纹图谱共显示出16条可鉴别条带,属于变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)的种类。非霾天各粒径之间的大气细菌群落结构差异明显,而霾发生后则差异减小。虽然霾天细菌群落多样性高于非霾天,但是在细粒径范围内两者的细菌群落结构相似度较高。非霾天优势细菌为Chitinophaga sp.、Sediminibacterium sp.和Cloacibacterium sp.;霾发生后,优势细菌转变为Sphingomonas sp.。此次霾暴发时浓度升高的Sphingomonas sp.、Acinetobacter sp.和新出现的Ochrobactrum sp.均为条件致病菌,可能存在潜在的健康风险。Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the characteristics of airborne bacterial communities in Qingdao during a haze and a non-haze episode in winter. The results indicated that there were 16 bands in the DGGE fingerprints, which were classified into two phyla, Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes. There was significant difference in bacterial community structure among the distribution of particle size during the non-haze episode, while this difference decreased during the haze episode. An increase in microbial diversity was observed during the haze episode, but the bacterial community structure in the distribution of fine particles showed a high similarity during these two episodes. Chitinophaga sp., Sediminibacterium sp. and Cloacibacterium sp. were abundant species on non-haze days, while Sphingomonas sp. was predominant on haze days. The increased Sphingomonas sp., A cinetobacter sp. and the new occurrence of Ochrobactrum sp. on haze days were all the opportunistic pathogens, which might have potential health risk to human health.
