柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加味联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症55例

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加味联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的抑郁症患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各55例,对照组常规给予帕罗西汀10 mg口服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加味治疗,两组均治疗8周,比较两组患者中医证候评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果:两组患者治疗后各项中医证候评分、HAMD评分均较治疗前、同期对照组明显改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加味联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症可有效改善抑郁症状及其他伴随症状,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Longgu Muli Decoction combined with Paroxetine on depression. Methods： Totally 110 patients with depression were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 55 cases in each group. Control group were orally given conventional Paroxetine of 10 mg while treatment group were additionally given Supplemented Longgu Muli Decoction,8weeks of treatment for both groups. The TCM symptom scores and score of HAMD in the two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment,the TCM symptom scores,HAMD score got great improvement when compared with before the treatment; and the improvement in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Supplemented Longgu Muli Decoction combined with Paroxetine has remarkable effects of improving the depression symptoms and other accompanied symptoms.
