丹参川芎嗪注射液联合养心氏片治疗冠心病心绞病42例

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参川芎嗪联合养心氏片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效,并研究其对患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs CRP和脂联素的影响。方法:选取2013年6月—2014年12月来本院就诊并确诊为冠心病心绞痛患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗和护理的基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液和养心氏片口服,治疗4周后对两组患者进行疗效评价和相关血清指标比较。结果:两组患者治疗后有效率相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均显著低于同组治疗前;治疗后观察组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组治疗后,且血清APN水平显著高于同期对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合养心氏片治疗冠心病疗效显著,可明显降低患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs CRP水平,显著升高血清APN水平。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Danshen Ligustrazine combined with Yangxinshi Tablets on coronary heart disease（ CHD） and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,hs CRP and Adiponectin. Methods： Totally 84 cases with CHD diagnosed and treated in this hospital between June,2013 and December,2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group were given routine nursing with nitrate drugs and blood-vessel dilating and blood-flow-volume increasing treatment,and treatment group were added with Danshen Ligustrazine combined with Yangxinshi Tablets on the basis of conventional therapy and nursing. After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy evaluation and relevant serum indicators in both groups were compared. Results： The difference in the effective rate between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP after the treatment were remarkably lower than these in the same group before the treatment,and the level of serum APN after the treatment was markedly higher than that in the same group before the treatment,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with Yangxinshi Tablets has remarkable clinical effects on CHD,which can greatly reduce the levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP and raise the level of serum APN.
