半夏白术天麻汤合泽泻汤治疗眩晕痰浊上蒙证34例

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤合泽泻汤治疗眩晕痰浊上蒙证的临床疗效。方法:将68例就诊于本院的椎-基底动脉供血不足所致痰浊上蒙证眩晕患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组给予西比灵5 mg·次-1,2次·d^(-1),强力定眩片1.4 g,3次·d^(-1),川芎嗪注射液100m L·d^(-1);治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤合泽泻汤治疗,连续治疗1周。结果:治疗组主要症状改善明显优于对照组,证候积分降低程度低于对照组;治疗组有效率为97.1%,对照组有效率为85.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的血液流变改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤合泽泻汤加味联合川芎嗪注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足所致痰浊上蒙证眩晕疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Zexie Decoction on dizziness due to upward blocking of phlegm-turbidity. Methods： Totally 68 cases with dizziness due to upward blocking of phlegm-turbidity caused by insufficient supply of blood in the vertebrobasilar artery were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 34 cases in each group. Control group were given sibelium of 5mg each time and twice every day,Qiangli Dingxuan Tablet of 1. 4g,three times a day,Ligustrazine injection of 100 ml / d. Treatment group were additionally given Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Zexie Decoction for continuous treatment of one week. Results： The improvement of the main symptoms in treatment group was better than that in control group,and the decline in the syndrome score in treatment group was lower than that in control group. The effective rate was 97. 1% in treatment group and 85. 3% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The improvement of hemorheology in treatment group was much more obvious,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Zexie Decoction has significant effects on dizziness due to upward blocking of phlegm-turbidity caused by insufficient supply of blood in the vertebrobasilar artery.
