摘　　要：目的:观察通降胃灵Ⅱ号治疗复发性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取本院消化性溃疡患者310例,随机分为观察组和对照组各155例,观察组采用通降胃灵Ⅱ号治疗,对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗。两组均连续治疗1个月。结果:观察组的中医证侯疗效及胃镜疗效明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降胃灵Ⅱ号治疗复发性消化性溃疡疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Tongjiang Weiling Ⅱ on recurrent peptic ulcer. Methods： Totally 310 patients with peptic ulcer were randomized into observation group and control group,with 155 cases in each group. Observation group were given Tongjiang Weiling Ⅱ for the treatment while control group were given Omeprazole; both groups were treated for one month. Results： Compared with control group,after the stomachoscopy of the TCM symptoms,the treatment effects and the recurrence condition in the observation group were better than these in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Tongjiang Weiling Ⅱ has remarkable therapeutic effects on recurrent peptic ulcer.
