摘　　要：目的:观察消斑丸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2013年1月—2014年1月收治的黄褐斑患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予百消丹治疗,观察组给予本院自制的消斑丸治疗,两组均以30 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。结果:观察组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为62.50%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:消斑丸治疗黄褐斑疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Xiaoban Pill on chloasma. Methods： Totally 80 patients with chloasma hospitalized between January,2013 and January,2014 were randomized into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given Baixiao Bolus while observation group were given Xiaoban Pill made by this hospital. Both groups were treated for 3 treatment course（ 30 d as a treatment course）. Results： The effective rate was 95. 00% in observation group and 62. 5% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. No obvious adverse reaction in the two groups appeared. Conclusion： Xiaoban Pill has remarkable therapeutic effects on chloasma.
