中药内服、穴位按摩联合西药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染71例  

Seventy-One Cases with Infantile Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection Treated by Oral Administration of Chinese Medicine and Acupoint Massage Combined with Western Medicine Treatment

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服、穴位按摩联合西药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年7月—2014年10月于本院就诊的反复呼吸道感染患儿142例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各71例,对照组给予匹多莫德颗粒治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上给予健脾宣肺汤、穴位按摩等中医疗法,两组均以15 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。观察两组患儿临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为73.2%,明显低于治疗组的有效率90.1%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿的喷嚏流涕、汗出、面色萎黄、大便溏薄等临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿IgG、IgA、IgM水平较治疗前有所升高,治疗组患儿升高水平更为突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1年内随访过程中,两组患儿患病次数较治疗前明显减少,病程亦明显缩短,其改善程度以治疗组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾宣肺汤内服、穴位按摩联合常规西药能有效缓解肺脾气虚型反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床症状,增强机体免疫力,减少发病次数,缩短病程。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of oral administration of Chinese medicine and acupoint massage combined with western medicine treatment on infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods： Totally 142 children with infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection hospitalized between July,2012 and October,2014 were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 71 cases in each group. Control group were given Pidotimod Granules for the treatment while treatment group were given Spleen- Strengthening and Lung- Dispersing Decoction and acupoint massage treatment on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,15 d as a treatment course and 4 treatment courses for both groups. The clinical effects in both groups were observed. Results： The effective rate was 73. 2% in control group and 90. 1% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The time for the disappearance of sneezing,rhinorrhoea,sweating,sallow complexion and thin sloppy stools in treatment group was shorter than that in control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in both groups increased; the increase in treatment group was much more prominent,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. After one year of follow up,the recurrence time in both groups decreased and the duration of the disease got obvious shortened,and the improvement in treatment group was more apparent,the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Oral administration of Spleen- Strengthening and Lung- Dispersing Decoction and acupoint massage treatment combined with conventional western medicine treatment can effectively relieve the clinical symptom of infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection of qi deficiency syndrome of lung and spleen qi,enhance the body immunity,reduce the recurrence time and shorten the duration of disease.
