加味栀子豉汤治疗抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味栀子豉汤治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:142例抑郁症患者按照随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组各71例,对照组给予盐酸氟西汀治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味栀子豉汤治疗。两组疗程均为12周。结果:治疗组有效率(92.96%)显著高于对照组(77.46%)(P<0.05);两组HAMD评分治疗6周、12周后较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);治疗组HAMD评分治疗6周、12周后显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05);两组SDS评分治疗6周、治疗12周后较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);治疗组SDS评分治疗6周、治疗12周后显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味栀子豉汤治疗抑郁症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Zhizi Chi Decoction（ JWZZCD） on depression. Methods： One hundred and forty-two patients with depression were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 71 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given fluoxetine hydrochloride,while the ones in the treatment group were added JWZZCD based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded 12 weeks as one course. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 92. 96%,which was higher than that of the control group 77. 46%（ P 〈 0. 05）. After 6 weeks’ and12 weeks’ treatment,HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0. 05）. After 6 weeks’ and 12 weeks’ treatment,HAMD scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the same time（ P 〈0. 05）. After 6 weeks’ and 12 weeks’ treatment,SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0. 05）; SDS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the same time（ P 〈 0. 05）. The adverse reaction incidence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：JWZZCD has remarkable clinical curative effect on depression.
