摘　　要：针对6M50-305/314H型氢氮气压缩机高压段填料密封和活塞环存在的问题,采取了扩缸及取消平衡段的改造措施。改造后,提产增效,单台压缩机年增效益79.6万元;减轻了扩缸改造对活塞力的影响,延长了活塞环及活塞杆的使用寿命,提升了设备的运转率,达到了高产、稳产、节能的目的。In connection with problems of 6M50-305/314H hydrogen nitrogen mixture compressor such as packing seal and piston ring at high pressure section, transformation measures of cylinder diameter enlargement and removing balancing stage are taken. After the revamp, production and benefit are promoted, a single set of compressor increases benefit 796 000 yuan ; the impact of cylinder diameter enlargement reform on piston force is reduced, the service life of piston ring and piston rod is prolonged, the operation rate of equipment is improved and the aims of high and stable production, and energy efficiency are achieved.
