摘  要:随着经济的快速发展,大气污染问题越来越严重,SO_2是主要的污染源之一。运用热重与傅立叶变换红外光谱分析联用,研究硫腐蚀样品氧化热解过程中SO_2等气态产物释放规律,并对热解后的残余物进行X射线衍射物相分析。结果表明,氧化热解过程中气态产物包括SO_2、SO_3、CO_2和少量的水,当温度达到715℃时SO_2释放量达到最大值,热解残余物中主要是Fe_2O_3和硫单质,后者在高温阶段以硫蒸汽形式存在,部分参与氧化反应,不适合作为定量判断硫铁化合物氧化热解反应的指标性物质。With the rapid development of economy,the problem of air pollution has become more and more serious. And sulfur dioxide is one of the main pollution sources. In this manuscript,the gas release law of sulfur dioxide and other gases from sulfur corrosion sample in the oxidized pyrolysis process was investigated by TG- FTIR analysis tools,and the pyrolysis residual products phase after pyrolysis was analysed by X- ray diffraction. The study found: Oxidized pyrolysis gaseous products including SO2,SO3,CO2 and a small amount of water,the amount of precipitation reached its maximum when the temperature reached715℃. Pyrolysis residual products is mainly composed of Fe2O3 and S8,the latter existed the form of sulfur vapor without the presence of oxidation at the high temperature stage. Thus S8 is not suitable for quantitative analysis of sulfur compounds in the oxidation of the iron index of product.
