摘　　要：互联网使得信息的传播更加方便快捷,舆论的地位和作用也变得越来越突出。通过研究复杂网络上的舆论动力学,来揭示社会网络中这种现象涌现的基本过程,进而探索外部环境因素对于舆论演化动力学的影响。引入一个社会环境指标E(期望),采用HK模型作为基本舆论演化模型,研究了在规则网络上的舆论演化动力学。The transmission of information is more convenient due to the Internet and this highlights the position and role of public opinion. This paper aims to reveal the basic process of how this phenomenon emerges in social network and explore the influence that external environment factors have on the evolution dynamics of public opinion through researching on the public opinion dynamics of complex network. This paper introduces an index of social environment E（ expectation）,and uses HK model as the basic public opinion evolution model. And it studies the public opinion evolution dynamics on rule network.
