长周期工程中承包商的信用价值分析

摘　　要：利用层次分析法从承包商无形资产收益中分离出信用的预期收益;同时选取相应的评价指标确定承包商的信用作用指数,并利用改进的Interbrand模型确定承包商信用的财务价值;最后,建立信用权益价值测评模型以确定承包商信用的权益价值。结果表明:长周期工程中承包商信用具有经济和权益双重价值;可通过承包商信用价值的量化分析,为长周期工程中的多次信用决策服务。Contractors＇ credit value consists of economic value and equity value. AHP is used to separate the credit＇ expected return from intangible assets＇ expected return,meanwhile appropriate evaluation index is selected to confirm the influencing index of contractors＇ credit,then the improved Interbrand model is used to confirm the economic value of it. Finally,evaluation model of credit＇ equity value is built to confirm the equity value of it. The conclusion suggests that contractors＇ credit contains value-economic value and equity value,and the quantization of it can instruct contractors＇ credit decision repeatedly in the long period project.
