摘  要:[目的]从烟草根际筛选出具有克服连作障碍功能的目标微生物,研究目标微生物与烟草根际、病原菌、植株的互作效应。[方法]从不同烟田土壤中筛选出对克服烟草连作障碍具有显著作用的菌株,将目标微生物以拌母床土、拌假植土、蘸根假植的方式接种到烟株根系,采用小区试验观测烟株自然发病率和病情指数。[结果]A1+B1复合有益菌处理对靶斑病和角斑病的抑制效果均好于单一菌种处理。这可能是因为A1菌的主要功能是降解烟株分泌的自毒物质,B1菌的主要功能是拮抗病原菌,不同功能的2种菌复合处理能够在功能上互相扶持,弥补单一菌种功能的不足。[结论]该研究可为今后在丹东地区烤烟生产中利用有益微生物菌剂缓解烤烟连作障碍与减轻烟叶病害提供理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to screen out target microorganisms with function of overcoming continuous cropping obstacles from the tobacco Rhizosphere,study interaction effect between microorganisms and tobacco Rhizosphere,pathogenic bacteria and plants.[Method] Thestrains with significant effects of overcoming continuous cropping obstacles were selected,the target microorganisms.were innoculated on tobacco roots through ways of mixed with primary bed soil,mixed with temporary soil,root dipping and heeling in,the morbidity and disease index of tobacco was observed by plot experiment.[Result] A1 + B1 composite beneficial bacterium' inhibition effect on target spot and angular leaf spot was better than single bacteria.The main function of A1 bacteria was to degrade auto-toxic substances secreted by tobacco plants,and the main function of B1 bacteria was to prevent pathogenic bacteria.Different functions of two bacterium could make up for the deficiency of single bacteria function.[Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for using beneficial bacterium in continous cropping tobacco field in Dandong and reduce tobacco leaf disease.
