摘　　要：鳗鲡是优质名贵养殖鱼类,20世纪60年代中国开始试养,历经试验养殖、推广养殖和规模养殖3个阶段,如今已形成较完整的养殖生产体制。鳗鲡养殖区域多达11个省份,几乎遍及长江流经省份以及长江以南省份,主要产区为广东和福建2省。日本、俄罗斯以及台湾、香港地区对鳗鲡的需求较为旺盛,为中国鳗鲡养殖产业创造了市场条件。然而,国内鳗鲡需求依然不大,加之其市场集中度风险、行业壁垒风险和鳗鲡生长性风险,中国鳗鲡养殖产业发展不仅面临着严峻的挑战,也存在高度风险。Anguilla was raised experimentally in China in 1960s.Through three stages of pilot cultivation,promoted breeding and scale cultivation,a complete cultivation system comes into being now.Anguilla＇s cuhivation area now covers l 1 provinces,stretching the provinces along Yangtze River and the provinces north of Yangtze River.The main provinces mainly lie in Guangdong and Fujian Provinces.There is a strong demand of Anguilla in Japan,Rassia,Taiwan and Honking,which create a necessary market condition for Chinese Anguilla cultivation industry.However,the domestic demand of Anguilla is still not enough.Additionally,the risk of market concentration,industry barrier and Anguilla growth made the industrial development more challenging and full of risk.
