生态移民区移民的满意度调研

摘　　要：以宁夏中宁县宽口井移民区为实地调查对象,运用参与式观察、实地访谈和问卷调查等多种方法,对移民搬迁补偿满意度、生产变化满意度、生活变化满意度和村委会选举满意度四个方面作研究分析。研究表明,移民对生产情况变化、居住情况变化、饮食情况变化和饮用水质量变化整体上满意度较高;但相当一部分人对移民补偿满意度不高;在村委会选举方面,移民满意度很低。影响移民满意度的因素有很多,其中主要原因是政府的政策是否科学。此研究旨在服务于生态移民的区域实践,为政府的生态移民决策提供参考。Taking Kuankoujing resettlement area, Zhongning County, Ningxia Province as an example to make the survey, using participant observation, interviews and questionnaire methods,it analyzes the four aspects of the relocation compensation satisfaction, production change satisfaction, life changes satisfaction and the village committee election sati- sfaction. The study shows that in the overall satisfaction, migrants are highly satisfied with the production changes, living conditions changes, diet changes and drinking water quality changes; but a considerable number of people are not quite sat- isfied with the compensation; in village elections, migrants have low satisfaction. There are many factors that affect the satisfaction of migration; the main cause is whether the government＇s policy is scientific. The purpose of the study is to serve the regional practice of ecological migration, and provide some references for the government＇ s ecological migration decision.
