摘 要:采用文献资料、实验、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对忻州师范学院体育系部分学生进行了运动能力及心理发育水平(反应能力、感知能力、注意、记忆、操作思维等)的研究,发现体育系学生运动能力与心理发育水平存在一定的内在关系。结果显示,运动能力发展水平与心理发育水平都是体质的重要组成部分,二者在体质中相互关联、相互影响。学生反应能力、感知能力和认知能力与运动能力呈正相关;注意、操作思维与运动能力无肯定联系;运动意志、焦虑情绪与运动能力存在一定的相关性。运动能力发展受到诸多因素的影响,在锻炼运动技能的时候也要注意心理发育水平的提高,做到相辅相成。By means of literature review, experiment, questionnaire and mathematical statistics methods, the research on the relationship of sports ability and the level of psychological development (response ability, perception, attention, memory, thinking of operations) of physical education majors of Xinzhou Teachers University discovered that there are certain relations of PE majors' sports ability and the level of psychological development. The result shows that the sports ability and the development level of psychological development are important parts of physical fitness. The two parts are in the mutual correlation with mutual influence. In the Physical Education Department of Xinzhou Teachers University, stu- dents' response ability, perception ability, cognitive ability and sports ability are positively correlated; attentions, thinking of operation and exercise ability have no clear connection; anxiety, exercise capacity and exercise will be correlated. Sports ability development is affected by many factors,so in the exercise of sports skills, attention should also be paid to psycho- logical development level, and to complement each other.
