高活性低水比乙苯脱氢催化剂的研制及应用

摘　　要：通过对乙苯脱氢催化剂铁钾尖晶石结构形成条件、合适孔道结构的构建等关键技术的研究,开发了活性高、低水比性能好、稳定性好的GS-HA(型号)催化剂。大型工业装置上应用结果表明:GS-HA催化剂在乙苯:水蒸汽=1.15(质量比)低水比条件下,反应器升温速度分别为0.589℃/月和0.593℃/月,乙苯转化率一直在64.5%以上,苯乙烯选择性保持在96.4%以上,运行结果优异。A new kind of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst possessed high activity,low steam to oil ratio and high stability was prepared through studying the suitable Fe-K spinel formation conditions and the pore structure.Commercial application results showed that GS-HA catalyst gave excellent performance at low steam to oil ratio such as 1.15.The temperature rises of the two reactors were 0.589 ℃/m and0.593 ℃/m respectively.The conversion of ethylbenzene was always more than 64.5%,and the selectivity of styrene kept above 96.4%.
