摘 要:在高速铁路旅客运输淡季,通过对列车在整个运行区段内的票价进行折扣,来吸引有潜在出行行为的旅客来乘坐旅客列车,从而提高列车的上座率并增加铁路运输企业的收益。通过分析折扣率和客流增加量的关系,建立以运营收益最大化为目标,以折扣数和不同的折扣率为决策变量的优化模型。最后根据模型的特点给出模型的求解算法,通过对模型的求解得到最优的席位分配方案,并通过案例验证模型的科学性。In the off-season of high-speed railway passenger transportation,through the train fares in the whole running segment at a discount to attract potential travel behavior of the passenger to ride on a passenger train,thus improve the attendance of the train and increase the income of the railway transport enterprise.By analyzing the relationship between the discount rate and the increase in passenger flow to establish an optimization model which puts the operating income maximization as the goal,the discount number and different discount rate as the decision variables.Finally according to the characteristics of the model,give the algorithm of solving the model and get the optimal seat allocation scheme by solving the model,meanwhile verified the model is scientific through the case analysis.
