摘 要:基于OpenFOAM平台,对带直肋W/H=1双通道在静止状态下的流动耦合传热特性进行大涡数值模拟,研究了静止时双通道的流动换热性能。可以得出:在静止状态下由于肋片的扰流、离心作用,弯管处及弯管后的第二通道的Nu数比值大于第一通道,Nu数比值最大值出现在肋片的顶端,旋涡结构明显的多于第一通道,故换热效果明显的好于第一通道。结果表明,基于OpenFOAM的大涡模拟能够较好地应用于带肋通道复杂流动和传热研究。This work forces on numerical simulation of flow and heat transfer in stationary ribbed two - pass square channels which the ratio of W and H is 1. Large eddy simulation (LES) is used with OpenFAOM to study the heat transfer performance. The result shows that nusselt number rations and vortexes in the afterturn region in the second pass are larger than the first pass due to the existence of ribs and the effect of centrifugal force. And nusseh number rations are highest on the top of ribs. As a result, the heat transfer performance in the afterturn region in the second pass are better than the first pass. In this paper, it was confirmed that large eddy simulation with OpenFOAM can be better applied to the actual and complex flow and heat transfer, it is play an active role for the theory investigation and design of turbine blade cooling structure.
