摘 要:以某2×300MW机组SCAL型间接空冷塔为研究对象,根据其实际基本参数,建立了详细的空冷塔几何模型,并基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和多孔介质模型,对空冷塔内外流场进行三维数值模拟,分析了在夏季高温工况下环境风速对其运行性能的影响。结果表明:当环境风速为0时,由于空冷塔自身抽吸力的作用,空冷塔四周进风均匀,塔内温度均匀分布;当环境风速不为0时,随着风速的增加,不同区域入风口有增有减,但空冷塔总体的热效率是降低的。According to the actual size of the cooling tubes and taking a SCAL type indirect cooling tower in 2 × 300MW thermal power unit for the study, we can build on the basic model for cooling tower in detail. And based on RNG k-e turbulence model and the porous medium model, the outflow of air cooling tower field of three-dimensional numerical simulations to explore the effects of wind speed and radiator heat load on its operational performance. Studies have shown that :when the wind speed was Om/s. As a result of the action of suction air cooling tower, The wind evenly blow into the tower around, and temperature distribution became uniform; when the wind speed wasn' t Ore/s, volume of air inlet in different area increase, or decrease, but the overall thermal efficiency of the tower was reduced in different.
