摘 要:某超临界汽轮机组配汽机构采用带过载补汽节流配汽方式。在实际运行过程中,由于该机组的配汽函数偏离于汽轮机的实际流量特性,尤其是过载补汽阀与主调节阀之间未设置必要的重叠度,因而,使得该机组的AGC及一次调频特性均难以满足电网调频需求。经过现场汽轮机流量特性与重叠度的精细化调整,实现了该机组的进汽流量的精确控制,既提高了机网协调品质,又为机组安全高效运行起到了有效的指导作用;可为同类型机组流量特性整定工作以及调节阀重叠度设定提供参考。The steam distribution mechanism of a supercritical steam turbine applies the throttling steam distribution mode with the additionally supplying steam at overload. In actual operation, because of the unit 's steam distribution function deviates from the actual flow characteristics of the turbine, especially not setting the necessary degree of overlap between the overload Adm valve and the main regulator, thus, making the AGC and Primary Frequency characteristics of the unit are difficult to match the frequency modulation demand of the power grid. After on-site fine-tuning the turbine flow characteristics and overlap, achieved a precise control of the steam flow into the unit, not only improving the quality of unit- grid coordination, and effectively guiding the safe and efficient operation of the unit, also providing the reference for the steam flow characteristic setting work of the same type unit and Setting the degree of overlap of the regulating valve.
