摘  要:大型汽轮机组在高速运行时能建立良好的润滑油膜,但在低速运行时,由于转子重量重,轴承比压大,无法形成稳定的润滑油膜。为防止转子在低转速时发生轴承碾瓦事故,大型汽轮机有必要设计足够容量和压力的顶轴油系统,用于建立可靠的轴承润滑油膜。对于没有配备顶轴油装置的可倾瓦轴承,建议增装顶轴油装置来防止碾瓦。对于已经配备有顶轴油系统的椭圆瓦轴承,要保证设备维护质量,提高润滑油品质,并且设置合理的顶轴油泵启动联锁转速,来防止因轴承卡涩而导致的碾瓦事故。A fine oil film of bearing will be formed when the large steam turbine operates in high speed, but it will be unstable if the turbine operates in low speed as heavy weight of rotor and big specific pressure of bearing. In order to avoid the accident of grinding pad, a jacking oil system with enough flow and pressure is necessary to be designed for forming a steady oil film of bearing. For the tilting pad without jacking oil system, adding jacking oil equipment is suggested to prevent the grinding pad problem. For the elliptical bearing with jacking oil system, the solution to avoid grinding pad caused by bearing bitten can be taken by keeping a good quality of maintenance, raising lube oil quality, and setting the reasonable interlock speed for starting jacking oil pump.
