摘 要:采用添加改性玻璃纤维和β成核剂制备了增韧聚丙烯复合材料,测试了材料的力学性能,并通过偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和差示扫描量热仪研究了复合材料的微观晶体结构与冲击性能之间的关系。结果表明:用硅烷偶联剂对玻璃纤维进行表面改性能增强玻璃纤维与基体间的相互作用力,β成核剂的加入使试样芯层生成了β晶体,复合材料表现出优异的韧性,其冲击强度达到13kJ/m^2。The toughened PP composites were prepared by blending with modified glass fiber (GF) and β nucleating agent (β-NA). Mechanical property tests were adopted. The relationship between micro crystalline morphology and impact property of PP composites was characterized by polarized light microscope, scanning electron microscope and differential scanning calorimetry. The results demonstrated that the interaction between GF and PP matrix was improved by modified GF with silane coupling agent, and the addition of β-NA generated β-crystals. Thus, the toughened PP composites exhibited the extraordinary toughness and its impact strength reached 13 kJ/m^2.
