摘 要:采用聚丙烯(PP)和尼龙6(PA6)的接枝共聚物(PP-g-PA6)与聚苯乙烯(PS)和PA6的接枝共聚物(PS-g-PA6)作为PS和PP的共混体系的复合相容剂,考察了不同复合相容剂对PS/PP共连续相组成范围和静态热处理相形态稳定性的影响。结果表明:复合相容剂使得共连续相的组成范围拓宽。接枝密度大的复合相容剂体系对于相形态稳定效果要优于接枝密度小的复合相容剂。并且,增加复合相容剂体系接枝密度要比增加接枝链长更能提高共混物的共连续的相形态稳定。Two grafting copolymers,PP-g-PA6 and PS-g-PA6, were used as a complex compatibilizer in PS/PP blend systems. The influences of this complex compatibilizer on co-continuous composition ranges and morphology stabilities during quiescent annealing were investigated. The results showed that the introduction of the complex compatibilizer broadened the co-continuous range of PS/PP blend system. The complex compatibilizer with a high grafting density was better to stabilize the co-continuous morphology than the one with a low grafting density. Moreover, increasing grafting density of complex compatibilizer was more important for the morphology stability than increasing the grafting length of complex compatibilizer.
