摘 要:研究羊毛/羊绒混纺针织物的数码印花短时汽蒸工艺中过氧化氢用量、处理方式和固色方式对织物印花白地白度和表观色深度的影响。结果表明用过氧化氢处理羊毛/羊绒混纺织物可以将固色时汽蒸时间缩短至40 min,此时织物表观色深度可以达到与未用过氧化氢处理汽蒸60 min的对比样相近,白地白度也略高于未用过氧化氢处理的对比样,同时羊毛/羊绒混纺针织物碱法固色冷堆工艺达到最优水平,进一步证明了羊毛/羊绒织物数码印花碱法固色的可行性。This paper studied short steaming process of wool and cashmere blended fabrics on digital printing. The dosage of hydrogen peroxide,treatment method and fixation method were studied,which effected on the Hunter whiteness and the K / S value. The results showed that the treatment with hydrogen peroxide reduced the fixing time to 40 min,and the K / S value was similar to the sample that untreated with hydrogen peroxide and steamed 60 min. The white degree which treated with hydrogen peroxide was a little higher than the untreated sample. And the process of alkaline fixation method achieved the optimal level. It proved the feasibility of wool and cashmere blended fabrics in digital printing further.
