长江经济带发展战略中南通的地位与提升研究

摘　　要：通过对沿江15座中心城市经济总体水平、产业结构、交通运输能力、人民生活水平和科技与教育水平五方面的对比分析,发现南通市对沿江其他城市的辐射能力有限、综合地位不高,进而深入研究制约南通提升地位的因素,并从深化产业结构调整、完善综合交通体系和加强科技创新三个方面提出了应对策略,以期南通能够抓住长江经济带战略实施的机遇,在"十三五"及今后更长的时期内取得更大的发展成就。This paper comes to the conclusion that Nantong has weak radiating capacities to the other cities along the Yangtze River and its comprehensive status is low through the comparison between Nantong and the other 14 cities along the Yangtze River in five aspects： the general economic level, the industrial structure,the transport capacity, people＇s living standards, level of education as well as science and technology. This paper also studies thoroughly the restraining factors over the status improvement of Nantong, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of deepening the adjustment of industrial structure, optimizing the comprehensive transportation system and promoting scientific and technological innovation. That would help Nantong grasp the opportunity of implementing the strategy of Yangtze River economic belt and make greater achievements in the next five years or even longer periods.
