城市生态敏感区管控研究——以南通市为例

摘　　要：界定了城市生态敏感区的概念内涵,指出了南通城市生态敏感区研究的现实意义,将南通城市生态敏感区划分为水源保护区、河流、生态廊道和绿地四种类型,根据南通遥感影像解译出各类型生态敏感区的空间位置,设置不同的管制分区,兼顾"刚性"与"弹性",以生态敏感区空间结构为核心,将纳入生态空间体系的生态敏感区用地通过禁建区和限建区划定,并在空间上落实。After giving the definition of Ecologically Sensitive Area（ESA）, the paper points out the significance of conducting study on urban ESA. Then the paper classifies the urban ESAs in Nantong into four types： water source protection area, rivers, ecological corridors and green space. The study adopts remote sensing images to gather data about the quantity and location of the four types of ESAs, then sets different construction control partitions with both ＂rigidity＂and ＂flexibility＂. ESAs are incorporated into the ecological space by banning construction control system.
