摘  要:应用X射线荧光光谱仪测定粉煤灰中主次量元素时,存在适合绘制标准曲线的标准物质比较少、元素组分含量范围窄、梯度变化大等问题,而自制标样工作量大且定值不够准确.针对这些问题,可以应用无标分析来解决.但是粉煤灰中含碳量很高,大多数X射线荧光光谱仪都没有配备检测碳的分光晶体,仪器对试样中的碳无法检测,这会造成无标分析软件在最后计算过程中无法准确归一,而影响待测组分检测结果的准确度.因此文章采用灼烧除碳,消除了碳对无标分析软件在最后的归一化计算时的影响.试验证明,该方法的分析结果与化学法值吻合较好,各组分的相对标准偏差(RSD,n =11)在0.3% ~3.2%之间,具有较好的重现性.较以前的方法简便快速,分析成本低,劳动强度小,适用性强,数据准确可靠.When X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is applied for the determination of major and minor elements in fly ash, the problems that standard materials matching standard curve are less, the content range of the element component is narrow, the gradient changes greatly, self-made standard samples have a hard workload, the values are not accurate enoughly and so on, are existing. To solve these problems, the standardless analysis can be used. But carbon content of the fly ash is too high to match suitable optical crystal for testing carbon to the most of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, that leads it to be unable to test, which will cause standardless software can not be accurately normalized at the end of the calculation process, thus having an influence on the accuracy of test results of the component to be measured. Therefore, this paper adopts the method of burning to remove carbon, and eliminating the effect of carbon on the final normalized calculation in the standardless analysis software. Experiments show that the results of this method and that of chemical method are in good agreement with the values, the relative standard deviation of each component ( RSD, n = 11 ) is from 0.3% to 3.2% , and this method has a good repeatability. Compared with the previous analysis method, this method is simple and rapid, costs low, has the characteristics of low labor intensity, strong applicability, accurate and reliable data.
