摘  要:针对某火箭炮高低机传动的可靠性问题,设计了专用的动力性能测试试验台,完成了试验台的结构组成及测控系统的设计。该试验台以工控机为核心,传统机械传动试验台为基础,并通过控制电涡流制动器模拟调炮工况;测控系统以虚拟仪器Labview为开发平台,以多通道数据采集系统采集各参数,实现了对高低机的动力性能测试。This article designed the specialized dynamic performance test rig,in view of the reliability issues of rocket elevating mechanism. Then we described the structural composition of the test rig and measurement and control system. The test platform was based on the industrial control computer and the traditional mechanical transmission test bench. The operating condition of the rocket through control,the electric vortex brake was simulated. The measurement and control system took the virtual instrument Labview as the developing platform and collected the parameters by the multi-channel data acquisition system. It can accomplish the dynamic performance test of rocket elevating mechanism.
