摘 要:在分析装备调配保障原则和TOPSIS法原理基础上,建立了部队装备综合水平评估模型,设计开发了综合评估系统,并以装备满编率、完好率和新装备占比构建指标体系进行了评估检验,为装备调配保障方案优化提供了有效手段,对提高装备调配保障能力具有重要意义。Based on the analysis of equipment allocation support principle and TOPSIS principle,the equipment overall level estimation model was established,and comprehensive evaluation models were set up and were estimated and verified by setting the index system with complated and perfectable rate of equipment support and the rate of new equipment,which provides effective methods for the optimization of equipment allocation scheme and has great significant for improving the equipment allocation capability.
