高效液相色谱法测定牙疼舒滴丸中欧前胡素含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定牙疼舒滴丸中欧前胡素含量的方法。方法采用ODS-2 HYPERSIL柱（5μm,250mm×4.6mm）;流动相：甲醇-水（55∶45）;检测波长：300nm;流速：1.0ml/min。结果欧前胡素在0.50~520μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率98.38%,RSD值为1.05%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于牙疼舒滴丸的质量控制。Objective To establish the content of imperatorin in compound Toothache Drop Pills by HPLC.Methods The column of HYPERSIL 0 DS-2（5 microns,250 mm×4.6 mm） was used.The mobile phase was methanolwater（split 55：45）.The detection wave length was 300 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results When the determination of imperatorin was 0.50~520μg/ml the linear relationship was good（r=0.9998）.The average recovery rate was 98.38%.RSD values were 1.05%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of Toothache Drop Pills.
