摘 要:异辛烷是调和无铅航空汽油必不可少的组分,可由异丁烯(IB)为原料采用间接烷基化技术可以生产得到。本文考察了反应工艺条件对Amberlyst15催化异丁烯二聚反应性能的影响,以及甲醇和甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)两种极性物质对二聚反应性能的影响。结果表明,降低温度和提高空速可显著提高二异丁烯(DIB)的选择性,但无法抑制三聚物(TIB)、四聚物的生成;甲醇与异丁烯一起进料时,不仅可以联产MTBE,DIB的选择性还可以提高到96.9%;使用物质的量分数为12%的MTBE,混合产物可直接用于高品质航空汽油的调和。Isooctane is an essential component of lead-free aviation gasoline, which can be produced from isobutene (IB) by in-direct alkylation technology. The effects of reaction conditions and two polar substances, methanol and methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), on the dimerization of IB over the Amberlyst15 catalyst were investigated. The results show that lower temperature and higher space velocity can increase selecticity of the dimers, but unable to suppress the formation of trimers (TIB) and tetramers. In-troducing methnaol could not only increase selectivity of DIB to 96.6%, but also co-produce MTBE. The product can be directly used as blending component for high quality aviation gasoline when introducing 12%MTBE by mole.
