摘 要:以γ-Al_2O_3为原料,经酸洗和矿化剂NH4F处理等步骤,在马弗炉里高温焙烧制备得到大孔径α-Al_2O_3,并通过热重分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和压汞仪等设备对其性能进行表征。结果表明,在1050℃下焙烧得到的α-Al_2O_3晶相纯度高,结晶度好,孔径分布均匀,平均孔径约为2066nm。进一步将得到的α-Al_2O_3作为活性组分Pd的载体,制得Pd/α-Al_2O_3催化剂,应用于CO偶联亚硝酸甲酯制备草酸二甲酯的反应中,反应转化率高达89.0%,选择性为97.6%。Macroporous α-Al2O3 supports were prepared by using the γ-Al2O3 as raw material, washing it with dilute nitric acid, impregnating the washed γ-Al2O3 with NH4F and then calcining it in the muffle furnace. The samples were characterized by DTG, XRD, SEM and mercury intrusion method. Results show that the sample calcinated under 1050℃ had high purity of α-Al2O3 crystal, high crystallinity, uniform pore size distribution with a average pore size of 2066nm. Furthermore, the α-Al2O3 supported Pd catalyst was prepared and used for CO coupling to produce dimethyl oxalate, over which the conversion of CO could reach 89.0% with a se-lectivity to dimethyl oxalate of 97.6%.
