摘  要:用溶胶凝胶法制备硅凝胶负载硝酸锌催化剂,并将其用于在间歇反应釜中以甲醇和尿素为原料合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)。对催化剂制备条件(水硅比、醇硅比、水浴温度、负载锌量)进行了考察。结果表明,在n(H2O)/n(TEOS)=10,n(n-butanol)/n(TEOS)=1,水浴温度80℃,p H=2.5,负载硝酸锌量为0.04mol的条件下制备的催化剂,DMC产率最高达到7.2%,比单纯硝酸锌催化剂产率提高35.6%。反应后收集的催化剂简单干燥后催化活性恢复50.55%。Silica gel supported zinc nitrate catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method and used to synthesize dimethyl carbonate (DMC) from methanol and urea in a batch reactor. The effects of catalyst preparation conditions, such as water/silicon ratio, alcohol/silicon ratio, bath temperature and loading amount of zinc, were investigated. Results show that the optimum conditions for preparing the catalyst were n(H2O)/n(TEOS) of 10, n(n-butanol)/n(TEOS) of 1, bath temperature of 80℃, pH of 2.5 and zinc nitrate loading of 0.04mol, and for thus-prepared catalyst, DMC yield was up to 7.2%, which was 35.6%higher than that for the pure zinc nitrate cata-lyst. The catalytic activity of the used catalyst could be recovered to 50.55%of the fresh catalyst by simple drying.
