教师资源与居民收入关系研究——以浙江、云南为例

摘  要:教育有助于人力资本提升,促进居民收入,但现有研究还缺少以教师资源作为教育衡量指标,来分析其对居民收入的影响。基于浙江省和云南省各级学校专任教师数和城乡居民收入指标数据,采用协整分析和Granger因果检验方法对教师资源和居民收入的关系进行了研究,并对结果进行了对比。研究发现,教师资源和居民收入关系在不同地区的表现不尽相同。研究结果有助于进一步理解教育和收入关系,也可以为地区教师资源的优化配置提供参考。Education helps to enhance human capital, thus contributing to household income. However, the existing studies lack the resources to teachers as an educational measure, to analyze its effects on residents' income. Based on Zhejiang Province and Yunnan Province, the number of full-time teachers and schools at all levels of urban and rural residents' income index data, cointegration analysis and Granger causality test of the relationship between teacher resources and income are studied, and the results are compared. The study finds that the relationship between teacher resources and income performance in different regions varies. The results help to further understand the relationship between education and income, and can provide references for the optimal allocation of resources in the regional teachers.
