摘　　要：海南地方高校作为全省人才摇篮和人才高地,在海南生态文明建设中应切实发挥其人才培养、科技创新、社会服务和文化传承四大功能,把自身打造成高质量人才培养基地、高水平科技创新基地、高层次社会服务基地和高品位文化传承基地。Hainan local colleges as the province＆#39;s cradle of talent and talent highland playing an impor-tant role in the construction of ecological civilization targeting the talents cultivation , scientific and technologi-cal innovation , social services and cultural inheritance , and transforming itself into a high quality talent train-ing base , high level science and technology innovation base, the base for high-level social services and high-grade cultural inheritance .
