国际视野下高职高专院校小语种人才培养研究

摘　　要：随着中国国际地位以及经济能力增强,东南亚各国与中国建立起了广泛联系,东南亚各国与中国在科技、经济、文化、政治等方面往来也日益增多。另一方面,中国高职高专小语种教育还不能完全适应国家整体经济社会发展以及广大人民群众接受良好教育要求,内容方法较为陈旧,高职高专小语种学生适应社会、就业以及创业能力不强,实用型、综合型人才紧缺。分析现今高职高专院校东南亚小语种人才教育培养中存在问题,结合广东农垦海外企业发展对小语种人才需求、分析现代外语专业人才培养形式最新变革趋势,遵循高职高专人才培养原则,探索全新高职高专层次东盟小语种人才培养模式。As China ’ s international status and enhance the economic capacity of the Southeast Asian countries and China to establish extensive contacts , between China and Southeast Asian countries in science and technology , economy , culture , politics and other aspects are also increasing .On the other hand , such as“Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan （2010-2020 ） ,” it pointed out：China Vocational mi-nority language education can not fully meet the country ’ s overall economic and social development and the broad masses of people receive a good education requirements , the content is more outdated method , voca-tional minority language students to adapt to social , employment and entrepreneurship is not strong , practical , comprehensive talent shortage .
