摘　　要：众所周知,弗雷格和胡塞尔这两位哲学大家都将批判哲学中的心理主义思想作为其哲学理论的重要内容。在当下各种形式的"自然主义"哲学复兴的背景下,重估其反心理主义思想,有助于梳理20世纪分析哲学和大陆哲学分野的历史线索,也能够帮助大家理解以心理学为代表的自然科学对于当代哲学在研究主题和方法论上的影响。意义理论作为他们的反心理主义思想的核心内容,对后世的语言哲学发展产生了深刻影响。It is well known to us that Frege and Husserl,two leading philosophers,both considered criticizing psychologism as a great part of their philosophy. With regard to the revival of various kinds of naturalism in contemporary philosophical discussion,revaluation on Frege and Husserl ＇s antipsychologism can help us to understand the historical division of analytical philosophy and continental philosophy,and recognize the influence of natural science,such as psychology,on the research theme and methodology of modern philosophy. As the core content of Frege and Husserl ＇s antipsychologism,meaning theory exerts a great influence on the development of philosophy of language.
