摘　　要：分析相关法律法规,对公共场所的概念进行界定;依据中国医院协会《医院场所暴力伤医情况调研报告》中的相关资料,探讨界定医疗卫生机构为公共场所的必要性和可行性;提出了完善立法、审视医改、制度改革、科学沟通、医教宣传等5个途径保障医疗秩序,构建和谐医患关系。This article analyzed the relevant laws and regulations to define the concept of public places.According to the relevant information from the ＂ Hospital Workplace Violence Survey Report on medical injury＂ of Chinese Hospital Association,to explore the necessity and feasibility of defining health care institutions as public spaces;proposing five ways to protect the medical order and then build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The five ways were legislation to improve,health care reform,institutional reform,scientific communication,medical education and publicity,respectively.
