摘 要:梳理了随机脉宽调制技术的发展脉络。阐明了伴随着电力电子技术的发展,随机脉宽调制技术历经从随机开关脉宽调制、随机开关位置脉宽调制和随机载波脉宽调制三种单随机脉宽调制的输出谐波特性研究,逐步扩展到将普通脉宽调制技术与随机脉宽调制技术相结合的双随机脉宽调制技术。侧重点也由单纯追求抑制电磁噪声和机械振动效果,到输出谐波频谱、功率谱等频域特性的理论分析。总结了随机脉宽调制的基本实现方法和原理,指出未来研究趋势,为随机脉宽调制技术的发展提供参考。With the increasing improvement of power electronic, the techniques of random pulse width modulation had been explored for several decades and the research domains were extended from primitive Single- RPWM, such as random switching PWM, random pulse position PWM and random carrier PWM, to Dual-PWM which was combined traditional PWM with RPWM. And the research priorities had also changed from the decreasing the electromagnetic noise and mechanical vibration to the analyzing of spectrum of output. All referred above, the realizing approaching and theories, had been summarized. Moreover, developing tendency was introduced. All these may be of value to the future study for random pulse width modulation.
