摘  要:环肋圆柱壳作为一种典型的压力容器,通常在周向布置肋骨来提高其稳定性,随着深水压力的逐渐增大,肋骨发生侧向失稳的可能性逐渐增加,进而影响环肋圆柱壳的整体稳定性。针对这一问题,采用有限元法对环肋圆柱壳进行非线性屈曲分析,研究壳板和肋骨发生变形的先后顺序,以及节点应力随载荷的变化情况,通过对比分析得到初始几何缺陷对环肋圆柱壳极限承载能力的影响规律和肋骨发生侧向失稳时的破坏机理,以期为工程设计提供参考。Ringstiffened cylindrical shell is a kind of typical pressure vessel and usually we arranged ring frames along the circumferential direction to improve the stability. Along with that the deep water pressure increases gradually,the possibility of frame tripping is increased,thereby affecting the overall stability of the ring stiffened cylindrical shell. The finite element method of nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out on ring stiffened cylindrical shell to get thesequence of the shell plate and frame deformation and the node stress with the change of load. Through comparative analysis,we got the limit bearing capacity of ring stiffened cylindrical shell on initial geometric imperfection and the destruction mechanism of frame tripping,so as to provide reference for engineering design.
