摘  要:针对电子器件对改善传统散热涂层的新需求,优选羟基丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,以不同粒径的Si3N4与Al2O3复配作为功能填料,采用球磨分散工艺制备了绝缘高辐射散热涂层,涂层半球发射率0.91,体积电阻率1.93×1012Ω·m,热导率1.85 W/(m·K),具有良好的辐射、传导散热及电气绝缘特性,同时还具有优异的耐水、耐湿热、耐霉菌、耐盐雾及耐老化性能。研究表明:涂覆绝缘高辐射散热涂层能够使LED灯散热器温度显著降低,可提高电子散热器件的使用寿命。According to the new demand on the traditional heat-dissipating coating for electronic device, an insulating coating with high radiation and heat dissipation has been prepared from hydroxyl acrylic resin as film-forming substance and mixture of Si3N4 and Al2O3 with different particle size as functional filler via a ball milling method. The coating shows the hemispherical emissivity 0.91, the volume resistivity 1.93×10^12Ω·m and the thermal conductivity I. 85 W/( m·K), being characterized by excellent thermal radiation, thermal conduction, electrical insulation, water resistance, thermal resistance, mildew resistance, salt fog resistance and ageing resistance. The results show that the coating can significantly reduce the temperature of the LED radiator, conducive for improving the service life of the electronic radiator.
