摘 要:研究了转换层设置高度对超高层框架-核心筒结构力学性能的影响情况。计算结果表明,转换层设置高度对结构的自振周期、刚重比等整体性能指标影响较小。但是,随着转换层位置的上升,转换层处的地震作用发生了突变,楼层的地震剪力出现了不同程度的增大。并且,不同高位转换时,框架柱剪力百分比在转换层附近出现突变。这些高位转换带来的不利影响,需引起工程设计人员的警惕。The impacts of located height of transfer floor on the mechanical performance of super high-rise frame-corewall structure were studied. Calculation results show that located height of transfer floor has little effect on the overall indices as structural vibration period and stiffness to weight ratio. However,with the rise of transfer floor location,the seismic action at transfer floor changes sharply and the seismic shear force of floor increases at different degrees. In addition,there is always frame column shear force mutation near transfer floor for high-level transfer at different elevations. These high-level transfers bring adverse effects,which is worthy of vigilance of engineering designers.
