摘 要:以攀枝花矿区的钛铁矿经电炉熔炼后的钛渣为研究对象,利用多元素分析、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电子探针等分析方法对钛渣进行较为系统的工艺矿物学研究。研究结果表明,电炉钛渣主要含有Ti,Fe,Si,Mg,Ca,Al等元素,其中w(TiO2)为71%,w(MgO+CaO)较高,为9.29%,不能直接作为氯化法钛白生产及海绵钛制备的原料。钛渣中主要含钛矿物有黑钛石,钛铁矿,还含有少量的锐钛矿。黑钛石以自形、半自形以及少部分它形状与脉石矿物连生,黑钛石中含有大量白色的针状微片晶,且沿着黑钛石的解理方向分布。Ti主要赋存在黑钛石中,其次赋存在钛铁矿中。该研究成果为攀枝花矿区的钛渣后续综合利用可提供参考依据。The Titanium slag of ilmenite smelted by electronic furnace in Panzhihua mining area is studied by multi elements analysis,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,electronic probe etc.It is showed that the electro-titanium slag mainly contain Ti,Fe,Si,Mg,Ca,Al,and some other elements,and the contents of w(TiO2)is 71%,w(MgO+CaO)is 9.29%.It can not be directly used as raw materials of preparation of titanium dioxide and sponge titanium by chlorination process.Electro-titanium slag mainly contains anosovite and ilmenite with minor anatase.Anosovite crystals are euhedral or subhedral attaching to the gangue minerals.It shows that the Anosovite contains a large number of white acicular micro-lamellae and distributes along its cleavage plane.Ti is hosted mainly in anosovite,some in the ilmenite.The study provides as useful reference for the comprehensive application of titanium slag in Panzhihua Mining area in the future.
