摘 要:本文依托国家科技支撑计划项目,自行设计建设了高温烧蚀试验平台,并采用C50混凝土制备接头试验构件(管节接头与节段接头),结合沉管隧道接头特点,用剪力键与特制Ω止水带装配试验构件,然后采用不同耐火保护方案进行构件的高温烧蚀试验。通过试验,得出了在HC或RABT升温曲线下,受火2 h时,满足耐火目标的沉管隧道接头耐火保护技术推荐方案,同时,还根据试验中反映出来的一些问题,对实际工程提出了一些实用性的建议,可为相关的科研及实际应用提供参考。This paper relies on the national science and technology support program. In the programm the high temperature ablation test platform is designed and constructed. At the same time the joint test components( pipe joint and section joint) are prepared with concrete C50. Taking account of the immersed tunnel joint characters,the test components are assembled with shear keys and special Ω waterstops. Then the test is operated with different fire protection schemes. At last,the protection scheme for joint which satisfies the fire protectioin under the HC or RABT temperature curve for 2 h is proposed. At the same time,this paper puts forward some practical suggestions for the practical project according to the problems reflected in the test and also can provide a reference for the related research and the application.
