摘　　要：政府数据的深度开放需要处理好个人数据保护的问题。文章探讨了政府数据深度开放的含义以及与个人数据保护的关系,重点分析了我国政府数据开放中个人数据保护存在的问题,并提出了完善我国政府数据开放中个人数据保护的对策。Open government data depth need to deal with the problems of the protection of personal data. This paper discusses the meaning of the open government data depth and the relationship between it and the personal data protection, analyzes the problems of the personal data protection, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the protection of personal data in open government data in China.
