针刺拔罐配合贴敷如意金黄散治疗烙铁头蛇伤肢体肿胀疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺拔罐配合贴敷如意金黄散对烙铁头蛇伤伤肢肿胀的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的烙铁头蛇伤患者200例随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。在常规治疗基础上,观察组采用针刺拔罐后贴敷如意金黄散治疗;对照组予土黄连液纱布外敷局部伤口,再予如意金黄散外敷肿胀处。比较两组治疗后伤肢肿胀消退情况。结果治疗5天后,观察组患者伤肢肿胀消退总有效率100%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针刺拔罐后配合贴敷如意金黄散疗法对烙铁头蛇伤伤肢肿胀具有明显的消退作用,是一种简单、便捷、安全、有效的方法。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and cupping Ruyijinhuang powder after topical efficacy in eliminating snake tip injury limb swelling. Methods 200 cases were collected and randomly assigned to two groups,after acupuncture and cupping Ruyijinhuang powder external application（observation group,n=100）,acupuncture cupping Houtu Coptis liquid external（control group,n=100）. Results After 5days of treatment,the two groups of patients were observed and measured.The swelling of the injured limbs was statistically analyzed.The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,and there was significant difference between the groups. Conclusion After acupuncture and cupping Ruyijinhuang powder method eliminate soldering iron head snake injury of the injured limb swelling is a kind of simple and convenient safe and effective method.
