摘 要:伴随着生猪养殖规模化、集约化的发展,病死猪无害化处理问题日益突出,利用沼气工程来处理病死猪可以实现病死猪的资源化利用并获得较高的经济效益。文章通过进行病死猪与猪粪混合厌氧发酵的批式试验,探讨了病死猪与猪粪混合厌氧发酵的可行性以及不同的病死猪添加比例、反应温度对混合厌氧发酵产气的影响。结果表明,在反应温度35℃,病死猪添加比例为12%的情况下发酵产气效果最好,最高甲烷含量可达64.72%,总产气量达5310 m L,较猪粪单一发酵提升26%,且单位TS和VS产气量也分别能够提升30%和22%。With the development of large-scale and intensive pig breeding,the harmless disposal of dead pigs has become more prominent. The method to process dead pig by the biogas engineering can realize resource utilization and obtain higher economic benefits. In this paper,through the batch test,the co-digestion feasibility of dead pig and pig manure was investigated,and the effect of different adding ratio and temperature on the co-anaerobic fermentation were analyzed. The result showed that,the fermentation could obtain the best effect when the temperature was 35℃ and the dead pig proportion was12%. The highest methane content reached 64. 72%,and the total biogas yield was 5310 m L,26% higher than the sole fermentation of pig manure. The unit TS,VS biogas yield improved 30%,22% respectively.
